We have been made aware of a massive challenge being undertaking by our friends at the 1st Chandlers Ford Scout Group. They are raising funds to build a new Scout Hut and for Children In Need, by hiking from John O’Groats to Lands End.

From July 9^th 2023 until early September a Cub (9 years old), a Scout (11 years old), an Explorer (14 years old), a Network member (18 years old), a Leader and a GSL (both too old to declare ages!) will be walking/ cycling the 1650 km from John O’Groats to Lands End (known as the JOGLE)– an adventure they have named ‘The Great Woggle JOGLE’.

All money raised will be split 50/50 between the fund to build their new Scout Hut and Children In need, so any donation made will really make a huge difference, not only to our fellow Scouts withing the Arrow District, but also to countless others.
