Preparing young people with skills for life
We’re Bishopstoke Sea Scouts, part of The Scouts and everyone is welcome here. Every week, we help our members aged 4-16 develop skills for life. Are you ready to join the adventure?

What do Scouts do?
Scouts are do-ers and give-it-a-go-ers, we go camping, hiking, swimming, abseiling, cycling and canoeing. We also get to hang out with our friends every week – having fun, playing games, working in a team and taking on new challenges.
Every week we give young people the skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills they need for life.

Badges
Master something you love, or try something shiny and new. Find out about the badges in Scouting which allow young person to gain new skills and improve existing ones.

Nights Away
Whether camping, hostelling, or sleepovers, nights away form an integral part of Scouts, which every young person should have an opportunity to take part in.

POR
Scouts’ Policy Organisation and Rules (POR) provides support and guidance to help us all run Scouts.
