Bishopstoke Sea Scouts is a registered charity, run by a team of dedicated volunteers. We rely on fundraising, grants and donations, along with our members subscriptions, to keep the Group running and ensure Scouting in Bishopstoke is affordable for all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How you can help<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Over the course of a year we run a number of fundraising events, from quizzes to activity days. All members are always invited and involved in these events and families are welcome and encouraged to join in too. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you work for a company who sponsors youth projects, have skills to offer, have fundraising ideas or can help out with events or grant submissions please get in touch with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

EasyFundraising \u2013 raise money while you shop<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We have teamed up with EasyFundraising, which gives us a donation every time you buy something online from a huge range of stores. It\u2019s free to sign up and really simple to use. Once you\u2019ve signed up every time you buy online, take a look on the Easy Fundraising site to see if your favourite shop is listed. If you buy, they donate a small percentage of the value back to us \u2013 but you still pay the same price in the shop! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This brings us in donations from hundreds of the most popular websites \u2013 raising over \u00a32,000 so far! Sign up and shop at www.easyfundraising.org.uk\/causes\/13theastleighseascouts\/<\/a> Over 4,000 shops and sites will donate, including all the big names like eBay, John Lewis & Partners, Argos, ASOS, Expedia, M&S, Just Eat, Uswitch and many more! You can even install a simple reminder on your favourite browser<\/a> that tells you when the site you\u2019re on will give us a donation. This is really easy to do and takes only a couple of minutes to set up, plus it raises a significant amount for the group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
