All of our Leaders are volunteers, and make such a huge difference to the young people we work with, giving only as much time as they are each able.

The Scout association provide full training for all Leaders, and can help broaden your skill set, with no charge to those volunteering.

Each leader we have enables us to work with an additional 6 Beavers, 8 Cubs or 10 Scouts, and each volunteer brings their own personal skills and
abilities, adding to the activities and fun we are able to provide.
